Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have never eaten here before and was pleasantly surprised. I had a plate with a side and 2 entrees. The food was outstanding. It is a small place, and lunch was very busy but we found a place to sit. I had lo mein, the walnut shrimp, and beef and broccoli. It was amazing. The lo mein: delicious. The shrimp dish was so good I can't wait to get it again. And the beef/broccoli? OMG. If you could just try what my local Chinese place makes!! I wanted to cry it was sooo good at PE. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Not like shoe repair material. I get the crowd now. There is a store in the neighboring town(I was in Nashville for a doctor appointment) and I can't wait to try it. AAA
I understand Employees tired and want to get off work. But how I come over 30 minutes before you close and you tell me you have nothing but two egg rolls, a wonton and rice and noodle. This is not acceptable.
Talk about skimping. Never make an online order they will give you 5 tiny pieces of chicken strips and give you straight face when they tell you that’s the serving size for a bigger plate.
I’ve had Panda Express a million times and this was by far the worst experience. I placed an online order and arrived 2 minutes before it said it would be ready. They were fairly busy which I get, but there was absolutely no communication. People with online orders were just standing around waiting for some kind of direction and they checked out like 6 people before getting to us. They were pretty rude and couldn’t find my order even when I showed my confirmation screen. Then they just walked around for a while and didn’t tell us anything. Literally just looked at us with blank stares like they had not a clue in the world what to do. Finally after a while they called my name but they made me feel like I was the problem. It was an absolutely terrible experience and I would never come back to this location. I understand working in fast food/fast casual food sucks. But they could have at least been nice/apologetic, etc. I’m really patient and understanding but from the moment I walked up to the online order area they were so rude and just looked like they didn’t care. It was two people in particular, one who looked like maybe a manager (black uniform) and the cashier. The other 2 people waiting for their orders also gave their names and the manager just said “we don’t have them” and walked off. I do think they got their orders made but there was nothing said of maybe “ we can’t find your order can you show us what you got? Or give us a moment to troubleshoot we’re so sorry for the wait. “ I am not one to complain usually but this just left me in a sour mood after working 9 am 9 pm. The food was also sub par to what it usually is. The flavor wasn’t there, things seemed a little stale (and I love leftovers that are room temp and I just drove these 10 minutes home). This was just not good.
They always seem to be understaffed. This location has much better food than other locations.
