Storybrew Coffee Cafe - Natchitoches

This is a truly unique spot! Surrounded by knight armor, a dragon statue, and shelves filled with old books and board games, it has a cozy and intriguing atmosphere. There’s a small counter that serves amazing cookies and delicious hot drinks, all provided by a friendly young woman. It's a really cool place and very affordable.

They don’t serve beignets and don't seem to think they’re offered in Natchitoches either. I was specifically looking for beignets, so I did a quick Google search to find some nearby. This coffee shop was the first one that popped up, so we decided to check it out. My wife went inside and asked if they had beignets. The staff member rudely laughed at her and told her she wouldn't find any in Natchitoches. I understand that this establishment can't serve beignets since, as the owner mentioned in response to my review, they're not allowed to use a fryer on the premises. I gave them a 2-star rating for their rudeness. Fortunately, we found another place in Natchitoches where we got our beignets and coffee, and the staff there was much friendlier. We'll definitely choose that place the next time we’re in town.
