"We were visiting friends in San Diego. Our friends frequent this place to buy several half gallons each time. No problem with the product. Good ice cream. While buying we asked for a small sampling of different flavors that 's new to us and one staff said they don 't give samples. Second staff kind enough to let us try a small amount of just one flavor. The third lady staff saw it; the lady who gave us a sample told her coworker it 's just a small amount and the third lady shouted for everyone to hear I DONT CARE!!! twice. It was a turn off. Felt sorry for the kind staff who gave us a small sample. The upset staff could have told her workmate without shouting at her : it 's a customer turn off when someone shouts rudely. She could have said it nicely or pulled her workmate to the side and told her in private. Also noted on the e-receipt there 's 3.5% credit card fee. Need better customer service."
