They would not accept thw fact my VEHILCLE WOULDN'T FIT in their drive through. I choose to detour 10 min to the Silverdale location. Thank-you RIDGETOP SILVERDALE, WA.
They don't give you what you paid for in fries I up size and the is a section missing that not filled. Spoke with a employee and was told that's how they fill them. I've worked in fastfood for over 6 years and know if corporate found out it would not be good for the company's image if people found out they're are being shorted on their purchase. This is not a one time issue it has been happening for months. And I will no longer support this location.
We sat in line for 20 min for them to tell us we couldn’t get our Uber order through the window even though that’s what they put in the instructions. The food was on the counter literally couldn’t walk and hand it to us..
Food was great…but it took 25 minutes to wait in the drive through with only 3 cars including mine. I thought it might be faster then going inside to order but it always takes over 20 minutes at this location to order one item grilled chicken wrap, which is very good. Long story short, good food long wait time. Don’t go if In a rush
Costumer service here is terrible, I tried to use my rewards app and the managers Lynn and Scotty had rude attitudes and made it seem like an issue to use the app as if they didn’t have the time to help a costumer out. Every time I’ve gone there and used the rewards app they always seem to make it an issue. Just wish their employees were more helpful and kind.
