We ordered pasta alla carbonara and... it was a complete failure, it was not creamy, nor did it have the typical flavor of carbonara, The guanciale was not my guanciale, bland, without flavor. Disappointing It seemed far from serious to us and we didn't look at google reviews. The pasta dish was poor and almost all the flavor came from the oil, very little from the four clams that came with it. The oxidized salad. Horrible house wine. Chaotic service.
