Waited 45 minutes for two orders of tacos, only a couple of tables occupied and the place almost empty, an uncomfortable experience since I was passing through and ordered what could be quicker on the menu and wouldn't take as long to prepare, I'll just give it a try a 1 for customer service. because the food arrived late to my table and when it arrived it was bad. The table next to me who arrived after me, their food came faster. I'll be back no thanks. *and the tacos are in corn tortillas otherwise they are not tacos*
2 waitresses handling the entire place- no sense of urgency. Never brought our dip out we ordered- ask 3 times to check on it- brought dinner which wasn’t good and still never brought our dip. A large party came in and I watched 3 different people from the party have to get up and go find the waitress for missing items and more water. The staff moved with no sense of urgency. We had a bad experience a few years ago and went back not long ago and it was pretty good that night so we went back tonight. That’s the last visit for us. And the one meal that was $18 wasn’t worth $8.
Horrible food, my chimichanga tastes like someone poured a cup of salt on it. You couldn't understand the waiter, but he replaced it with Taco salad which had no taste, the chips were burned and the salsa tasted like ketchup. The world's okayest Mexican restaurant. We were starving, having gone on a long hike. The service was fast and super friendly. The portions were big and the iced tea was cold and refreshing. Not very authentic Mexican cuisine, but hey, you're in Nellysford, VA, not San Antonio. I'd go back. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
