Ng Cuisine - Nepean

This restaurant is one of the best places for dim sum in Ottawa. The service is excellent and very quick (we were there at noon when the restaurant was packed, but we waited no more than 10 minutes before being seated). The parking can be a bit limited, but if you have to wait for a spot, rest assured it's worth it!

Amazing delicious food! I went to the counter to pay for money. I noticed that we were charged $12 for 2 bottle local beer. the menu says $5.00 each. when I asked, the dame behind the counter said that they did not update their menu prices yet. the bill was handwritten and was calculated manually in the calculator directly in front of me and she would not give me a copy of the bill she wrote. I should have made a picture of it when she refused, but I only thought about it afterwards. Eating was great and service is excellent! we even have a sweet soup-free dessert!

My father was a Cantonese chef. He would agree with all the positive reviews, and it's not just because we are not related to the owners. A genuine 5-course meal for two can cost as little as $50, as we experienced today.

Second time and equally satisfied. a warning that the tables are lined with plastic so that when they get in sweaty out of the heat, they could hold on a bit, but there is ac so that problem goes away quickly enough. reccomend always lemon chicken and black was sauce fried noodles to mix together and mango pudding! it is not on the In-Person menu, but simply go on and write it down or ask it. it is super refreshing and comes with this almost hearty/bitter milk sauce that really improves it. it is super affordable and good eating. go at 3 o'clock if they can for more quiet times. after a small family of four left my friend and I were the only ones who had been great for the rest of our meal that was great for us to eat. also a plus is that they can drive right next to the milk queen as soon as they are finished. it wasn't open today so we couldn't go, but hopefully they'll get the power back soon! it is a great combo. order a lot and take it home to enjoy longer.

Great place to share many dishes with family/friends. Authentic Chinese food, has an expansive menu, many dim sum dishes. Start off with a classic pot of jasmine/green tea, large space inside, portions are HUGE! Prices are very reasonable, especially if you're in a larger group of say... 4-6 people. I went with just 2 people and we ordered to Dinner for 2 special, definitely had enough food to feed the both of us and have leftovers to bring home.
