le Cardinal Brasserie - Neuchâtel

The cheese fondue and dessert were AMAZING! Located in the center of the city of Neuchâtel, this restaurant offers a good choice of food but I recommend the cheese fondue :

I had lunch in the brasserie once and I totally enjoyed it. The food was very well prepared. French style cooking, refreshing and tasty. I had a beer Cardinal what else) with it. I enjoyed sitting at a table in the street and watching the people go by while eating. I want to come back to try their legendary mussels and one of the deliciously looking desserts.

The restaurant was recommended on TripAdvisor. Luckily we made a reservation. The restaurant was getting fuller and fuller. And was full by 7:30 pm. The menu is available in French, German and English. The staff was super friendly and spoke French, German and English. Perfect for tourists. The food came quickly and was delicious.

Very good food, Swiss quality, reasonable price, qualified staff.
