Worth the visit! The prices are very reasonable for Chinese restaurant in Europe, especially in secluded place like Goreme
Yes please. Very authentic (though a bit upscale) Chinese food. As 老外 we were warned away from the 麻辣, but we said bring it on. It was totally a flashback to Sichuan food from Guangdong. The stir fried cauliflower and chicken noodle soup were equally delicious. The beef dumplings were okay. Enough to scratch an itch, but nothing to write home about. Just really standard 水饺. We ate here 2 nights in a row, so that tells you enough about the authenticity of the place. In terms of the mala taste, I think this is likely as good as it gets in the middle of Turkey! Having said that, the highlights were: — oxtail soup — beef malatang (note they use lettuce instead of cabbage, not a huge deal but noticeable difference in taste/texture) I would pass on the mapo tofu — the taste is not the typical Sichuan style, if that’s what you’re used to.
