Mcalister's Deli - New Albany

I had two frustrating experiences at this location. On December 26, I called to confirm their closing time and was informed by Brittany that they would be open until 10:00 PM. We drove for 20 minutes and arrived at 9:34 PM, only to find out they had decided to close early. Then, on December 30, I placed my usual to-go order. We were told that we couldn’t order that combination, which was surprising. My husband asked the server to verify with someone else because we always order it. The order went through, but when we checked, it was missing three items that we had already paid for! Luckily, we caught the mistake before heading all the way home.
