The Mercury Cafe - New Castle

They 've been open since December 2021, but I did not find out about this place until I read an article about them on Delaware Today a couple of weeks ago! Mercury needs more reviews on this app! We had the pulled-oat pork sandwich, classic grilled cheese, merc melt, tomato basil soup, side salad, potato chips, three decaf espressos with oat creamer and hazelnut, apple juice, iced tea with fresh squeezed lemon juice. and a big fat chocolate chip cookie

Great new vegetarian spot with lots of vegan options clearly marked. The Merc Melt and tomato soup were excellent. Owners were friendly and service was excellent. Looking forward to returning!

Great new vegetarian spot marked with many vegan options. the merc melt and tomato soup were excellent. owners were friendly and service was excellent. I look forward to the return!
