The Bistro - New Glasgow

It is always a pleasure to have a wonderful meal from the bistro. years after deducting some of our favorites are still in the menu. We had to complete this visit since we were isolated ourselves. we enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and excellent service, surrounded by local art. my wife seems to order nothing but the muddles. her favorite. the tomato and fetasuppet is classic. this time I tried the beef bulgogi and it was very tasteful. the cookies are great and only $1.00! I forgot to ask if they still have their chocolate pecan pee. next time, sure! this cozy place is just 5 minutes from the highway 104 on the exit 25. well a small redirection to the inner city of new glasgow when they are on the way!

Delicious foods to appropriate trips. good selection on the menu including a selection for non-carnivores. we shared an appetit and had different main thing all extremely good and no shred left!

I will give the service and atmosphere 5 stars! eating was just okay! the salmon, although perfectly cooked without taste, and I would have to say the same for the sweet on the plate. my man felt the same at his meal. we could. do not go back! we were disappointed after we had read so big critikens. in fairness everyone has a bad night!

The Bistro in New Glasgow is a cozy little restaurant where one has to book in advance. The service was warm and attentive. We shared a Duck Wonton as appetizer which was excellent with a complex asian flavor. Mains were haddock and halibut which both...were breathtakingly fragrant so delicate we seldom have had in our life. Sides were good, especially the potatoes. As desert we had cheesecake which was good. For the fresh and perfectly prepared fish we give 5 points!
