Not many places slicing their own ribeye for cheese steaks anymore but they do here. The cheesesteak I had was perfect. Cooked fresh with sliced ribeye, American cheese, carmelized onions and on the right rolll. You get what you pay for folks. I’d put this up against any place in Philly. These are the kind of places you hope are around for another 50 years.

Stopped for lunch on our way home from NYC. Sandwiches were huge! Staff was super friendly. This might be a regular stop for us.

The roll was toasted to perfection, not too soft not too toasted, the cheese was melted ever so gooey, the egg was salt and peppered minimally but enough to still taste, the bacon was chewy, slightly crispy and had hints of maple, the sausage??? Bro. I can taste every seasoning they put in it, the texture and sautee was golden and every bite was an amalgamation of symphonies. it was so organized, the food came out within us sitting for like 5 minutes, the atmosphere felt homey and the people working there were so friendly and accommodating, best deli I've been to easily!
