The Trinity Bar Restaurant - New Haven

Looking at the great reviews, I thought, I don 't need to chime in. But I will! En route from NH to NJ Sunday afternoon, we stopped here with our four kids and our dog. We were seated on the patio right away and a 'bottomless bowl ' of water (with treat) was supplied for our travel weary dog. My Cosmo (okay two) was perfectly mixed, the kids were happy, and my husband devoured his meal. Our servers were friendly and happy to accommodate us. We were so happy we found The Trinity Bar. If we are up that way again, we will surely pay a visit.

Food is unreal. Try everything. Even if you think you won't like it, try it. I've stepped outside my comfort zone so much and everything I've had has been amazing there. The quinoa burger is to DIE for, and the bacon jam/hummus platter, incredible flavors.

It's officially in my eyes the best sports bar in all of New Haven. It's been the best Irish pub for well over a year as well.

Great place! Fun atmosphere friendly staff. Great beers on tap.

The food was excellent! Loved the traditional aspect of the food. Next time you're there try their corned beef Rueben and a cup of chowder. The staff were extremely inviting as well. We had a company event there and they were very inviting. Definitely going to go back whenever I'm in the area.
