Chili's Grill - New Iberia

My ribs were so hard that I couldn't eat them. First time that has happened to me personally.

Sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome. Very attentive. Left my retainer in a napkin and forgot it. It got thrown away. I called and asked if I could go dig threw trash to find it. Trash had already been thrown and they went, pulled it out, and went thru multiple bags and found it. Super sweet people that helped me. ️ Nothing but great reviews for this awesome service.

The server was very polite and had a great attitude, she had many tables to take care of in the bar area. I had the chicken crispers with fries and corn on the cob. I gotta be honest it was the corn on the cob that made me order it. The chicken was crisp and was not dry. The fries were hot and seasoned, the corn on the cob did not disappoint. Overall a very nice dinner.

Whenever I eat here I get the feeling that everything is precooked and I'm just getting microwaved left overs. I ordered the ribs, they came luke-warm and the fries were cold. The only thing which I can say for sure was just cooked was the corn. My son's pizza on the other hand was fresh made. The service was great. Our waitress paid close attention to our wants and needs even though it was fairly busy. She refilled our cups without being asked and was always nearby asking if we needed anything. … – show
