New Market Bbq

Well, I've lived in this area for about 30 years and was our first time in the New Market BBQ today. Why did we wait to eat here?! It was so good! We had brisket and pulled pork plate and covered it with pecan pie. Couldn't have been better. Definitely be a returning customer.

Good grill. Sunday. You should show up a few hours before closing or they're almost sold out of all the meat. All right.

We're out of town and were through and saw this jewel. We decided for a few good ol fashion bbq, this place not disappointed! We had the Brisket Mac and cheese and potato salad. We couldn't keep the smile from our faces, it was so good. We'll make the extra trip to eat here again.

Only been here a few times now, but each time it seems better than before. It is well worth a little drive to get here. The chicken and ribs are both fall of the bone, moist and tender. This was the first time that I tried the beef brisket and it did not disappoint. All the meats were great. The salads were also very tasty. I'm not sure how they get the potato salad to be so creamy tasting, but I'd say it was my favorite even though the coleslaw and mac and cheese were delicious.
