Sanzari's New Bridge Inn - New Milford

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in the area. It is nestled in a quiet section of New Milford right off a busy road. Service was on point and the food was delicious. We ordered oysters on the half shell, calamari with spicy marinara, rigatoni bolognese, lobster ravioli, chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, maple glazed pork chops, and scallops with truffle risotto. All perfectly cooked. Our favorite is the pork chops-sweet and savory, so good! We enjoyed the live music, a wonderful singer who serenaded us with renditions of Sinatra, Neil Diamond and classic favorites. The food came out pretty quick considering it was a busy Saturday night. They have indoor and outdoor seating options. We chose to sit in the brightly decorated outdoor tent area and enjoyed the live singing. I definitely recommend.

The service is good and the ambiance is sorta elegant but the food is tasteless. I ordered the lasagna and couldn't taste the flavor of any meat ,basil ,cheese , garlic , salt, NOTHING!!! The food just looked pretty. I won't be back.

Great service, delicious food, generous portions, standard prices. Perfect for a date night. Thank you SANZARI! The calamari? Plentiful and perfectly crisp! Not heavily breaded or overcooked. Ate every last bite. The sauce the crab cake was in: buttery but light and just right!! Dipped my bread all up in there until the plate looked white and unused. The mashed potatoes: creamy and chunky at the same time whaAaAat!!! Phenom. The pasta: so good and so much that I had a whole container left to enjoy at home. The dark chocolate cake!? Should've asked for only one form so I wouldn't have had to share !!!

Always excellent food and service. Bartenders are the best. Ask for any modifications, They will accommodate possible.

Went there for lunch last week. The waiter was fantastic and since I had never been there I asked for the most popular dish. He recommended the pork chop and it was the best I have had. Cocktails were great as well.
