French Toast - New Orleans

Sat outside in front. Great food and service. Great crepes and French toast and very good coffee. Always a good choice, we ate there almost daily.

This newly refurbished restaurant offers a variety of seating options, both inside and outside, as well as a bar. I passed by this place countless times without realizing it was there—what a hidden gem! Even if you don’t eat bread, be sure to try one of their toast dishes; they're fantastic! We had the smoked salmon toast and the bacon-mushroom toast, both of which were delicious. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. I loved the option to order a double mimosa. The staff and service were excellent. Fortunately, we got lucky and didn’t have to wait!

Amazing breakfast! The indoor and outdoor seating is really nice. The staff were wonderful and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious. We tried the fried chicken waffles with maple syrup and cayenne butter, as well as the omelette with fine crumbs and Gruyère cheese. The fried chicken was outstanding! I highly recommend applying the butter onto the chicken and letting it melt. Be sure to book a spot in line online through their website before you go; it will give you an estimated wait time and help you avoid waiting outside.

I was surprised that the taste wasn't as good as the last time I was there. I even tried the King Cake French Toast but unfortunately it wasn't sweet. It tasted of omelets and just not as spectacular as I was hoping for.

Was told there was a table. When the man came back to show us yo it. The woman looked at me and said 20 min wait. Not sure why we were picked on. She was so rude. Will never go there.
