Today's Cajun Seafood - New Orleans

Good eating nice people, but no great menu explain what they get. I suggest getting the 2 or 3 combination plates. better price on this wise

Eating was absolutely amazing. parking is easily available, but the place is so popular that they need to search for a place. the traffic is constantly moving in and out. once in there was a small line that moved quite fast. the personal was friendly and informative. I arrived near the closing time and the dinge felt normal. No one is rushing, the personal welcomes. I ordered the rubber blower and the maisbrot. those who like Arizona teas had a lot to choose. some I've never seen before. once back to the airbnb (no sitting area in the restaurant) and I opened the gumbo the smell hit me first. soouo good, almost ruined. very well seasoned, beautiful part of meat and rice. very good, I would order it definitiw again. cornbread was moist and soft. well connected to the rubber band. Overall, I would come back, I plan to go back today and get some seafood mac and be good as it called my name when I went this first time, so another review would come soon. I was too hungry to make photos, so next time I'll do better

Interesting non-tourist spot. Probably would have gone back again if we found ourselves that way again. Would have liked to try other things on the menu but there was a miscommunication regarding whether the kitchen was still open or not. Funky kinda cafeteria set-up.
