I‘m studying here but I feel super uncomfortable when I want to order somethings. The taking order lady need to be changed because of her attitude to the customers.

Hello! I visited Tim Hortons on Tuesday, July 11th and ordered a medium chai tea latte, along with other items. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. My main issue was with the latte - they added an extra espresso shot without my consent, making the drink unenjoyable and a waste of my time and money. Thank you.

After the redesign they have no sense of order what is on an order. They tried to get mad at me when I ask for the donut I paid for as if I didnt order it. I doubt Ill go back.
