Citrus - New Windsor

Come for an amazing Thai and Indian food! The portions were right and the food was delicious. They also had quality servers that were helpful in explaining the menu. I had the not veg plate for lunch and I was blown away from the flavors, very satisfied!

Stop! This food was amazing. It was a very long time since I was there and I can't over what it was. I ordered the chicken corma. Yum! When we left, I told my husband we should come back to the anniversary dinner. I love it!!!!

Since the traffic was alarming, we could not make our usual place for lunch. So, instead we tried Citrus Restaurant. When we saw that they took a lunch buffet back into operation on Sunday, we asked: Why not? However, as we entered, there was no confirmation. The staff was very unstoppable. During lunch we noticed that the waiting staff did not visit tables to check for water. But after we have made a point that drinks are needed to be refilled, they would check for other guests. Overall, they were not as friendly as possible. As far as food is concerned, the flavors were absent. The chili chicken tasted like general Tso 's. There were also text elements that were knocked off. The lamb was chewing and the Gulab Jamun was rocky. Overall, the curries had a single touch of taste - all about a 7 on heat, but no definition. In the end, after the bad service, I wouldn't return. In addition, the food was not so good with my favorite restaurant. I'm sorry, but my expectations of taste were raised.

Nice restaurant, good service. The food was delicious with many vegetarian options. Went with all Indian dishes, but hope to try some of their Thai cuisine again! Enjoy the desserts, delicious with beautiful presentation.

My God! This was the BEST meal I have had in a very long time. Citrus is the greatest Indian restaurant and even though I only live 30 minutes away, I do not come here often enough. Portions of Indian food are HUGE. spicy Lamb, butter chicken, sag paneer, aloo baingan. Phenomenal stuff. I cannot say enough good things.
