Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have given a one star because we weren 't seated, and never ate here. Duke 's didn 't honor my reservation because of the marathon. I appreciate they were busy, being close to the marathon path- so a lot of people were walking in to drink at the bar. However, there is a better way to handle this. Especially as I was with little kids and I did have a reservation. The extremely rude host said it 's your problem for making a reservation on a day that is so busy . I told him I didn 't mind going elsewhere. But as a follow up and courtesy thinking about other people, I suggested they let open table know that they cannot take reservations that afternoon. He told me that wasn 't his job or his problem. He said they could honor reservations and people could sit outside (it was really cold). A restaurant that cares about customer service would make non-reservation holders sit outside (especially if it was only bar service) and honor people with reservations to sit inside. Highly unlikely I would ever go here again.
Worst experience I’ve had in a very long time! No one came back with drinks for so long that the ice in most had completely melted. No one ever came back to take a food order or a second drink order for at least 45 min. Decided to ask for the check and that took even more time. So terrible.
Let me begin by saying that it was ridiculously warm... why the heat on me was still no idea! Then we had to wait at least 20 minutes to order our drinks that were badly made. We ordered immediately and were not served for another 35 minutes... the place was empty and now I understand why. Terrible food, drinks, service and quality of attention will not waste your time here.
Brunch was very good and the prices were reasonable!
