Avaliação da contribuiçãoLomo saltado is the way to go! It's a tiny spot so there's a wait time but goes by fast with a glass of sangria
Hidden gem: Peruvian/Chinese fusion cuisine. Spanish-speaking Chinese family who immigrated to the U.S. from Peru! Who woulda thought? This place is da bomb-digity! You gotta try the South American style chicken. I always get the half chicken with fried rice plantains when I visit this neighborhood. Very inexpensive reasonably priced...dare I say cheap. Locals go here, not touristy at all. Keep this place a local secret before the prices go up and gets ruined.
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The owner is an amazing guy and the food is delicious. This is where the famous nutcracker drink originated from. My favorite dishes are the squid fried rice, chicken and pesto pasta. But everything on the menu is great! If you have never been here, you are definitely missing out. The ambiance is lively and it’s a great place to grab a meal.
Best spot in NYC for Peruvian cuisine. Relocated to Miami few years ago and every time I visit NYC, Flor de Mayo is on my must do check list. The food is great and the staff is amazing!
I come here for the nutcrackers. The delicious food is a bonus. Everything I've ever ordered was always flavorful and a large portion for a great price. Never a bad experience
