Avaliação da contribuiçãoI always wanted to come here. great people and food, but can be slow for nyc standards.
We occasionally have a different smoothie than we have ordered or a sandwich missing avocado or a little underage, but the service problems we have met in the last two weeks are really another level. before two weeks we ordered three sandwiches to eat on the way to the doctor. we took up the bag, opened it after a block and found two sandwiches, not three. it was too late to go back before the date so that we stopped after, showed our reception and explained that there were only two sandwiches in the pocket and the guy at the theke accused us of eating the missing sandwich and lying to get a new one! I let it go and did not want to write re a bad service experience, but I went back last week, in my order and while I wait, one of the youngs behind the counter who was sitting on a break sitting cross fed on the counter with his feet on the food preparation counter! it hurts me to say that because this was one of my favorite places, but I don't know if I would go back after that if a hired his feet beside the eating would put on the counter before the customers who knows what goes on that we can't see.
These are the banans in their smoothie!!! I asked for a strawberry juice with banan and when I saw when they prepared it, I realized that the earth berry with flying and the black and rotten banans as they see on the photo, the workers take selfies not even responding to me when I said hello, I asked for a turkey sandwich and I said they didn't have well, and that they didn't look like that to me. so three employees end up with a whole business
Made the mistake to order the acaicale. I had no high expectations to begin with, but that was by far the worst acai I ever had. it is watery, tasteless, small (for $11) and as someone else mentioned, filled with cheap tasting granola. her regular coffee is good. my gf didn't cost the latte.
Pretty disappointing. Spent $11 on an acai bowl and it comes in a tiny 5 oz cup. The bowl itself isn't even good. The acai tastes kind of like a warm yogurt (as opposed to the typical smoothie), and the toppings seem to have come straight out of a bag of cheap granola from the grocery store.
