Avaliação da contribuiçãoLoved it so much the first time that we came back! Starters were the highlight especially crispy chicken. Pork Tonkatsu is the best IMO but salmon and beef miso are also nice (with the egg of course). We also tried the matcha panna cotta but were left rather disappointed sadly
Tonkotsu Ramen the most delicious bowl of ramen I've had in NYC. A rich and creamy tonkotsu broth that hugs and warms your soup, along with aromas like black garlic oil and scallion to enchant your taste buds and a perfect al dente texture of the noodles. You can see two big and long pieces of tender pork belly, braised in a soy sauce and torched to achieve maximum umami and a slight char complexity. These by the way, partially melt in your mouth with its rendered fat.Karaage with a crispy but also crunchy batter, creating a never before tasted texture for fried chicken before. Served with a slice of lemon and spicy mayo so it doesn't get to monotonous!Spicy Miso Salmon Ramen Broth is amazing too, but falls short when compared to tonkotsu, full of umami and same quality of noodles. The salmon was just slightly overcooked though.Check out @bredgyeats for food pictures!
The food was out immediately. The waiters were super amicable as well. Although the proportions were not as large as it seems, it surprisingly fills you up. The matcha panna cotta was absolutely delicious! Also, the tonkotsu ramen and karage curry chicken was like a flavor bomb. Def would recommend this place.Food: 5/5
Very good ramen, the tsukemen ramen was tasty without being too salty. The food came out fairly quickly on a busy evening. The place seems to draw big crowds into a tight space, and I think that they don't take reservations.
Best ramen I ever had !!! The crispy chicken was incredible and I’m not even talking about the shrimp ramen… it was perfect ! Everyone was super nice. You definitely need to go !
