The food is good and what you would expect from a New York Chinese delivery. Cheap, fast and reliable.However, the delivery drivers used by the restaurant consistently are the worst. Rude beyond measure to demand more tip in cash when they arrive. I pre tip and pay on the app and I will NOT be extorted for more money even after paying the delivery fee on top of my gratuity. This has happened on at least three separate occasions.Fix this issue and let customers enjoy the food.

I bought lunch special beef broccoli lo mein, brown rice, shrimp toast and chicken noodle soup. The food wasn't bad at all but their rice and soup could use some more work.

Good bye new kam Lai! The food went in the garbage. We ordered beef chow menu beef with garlic sauce. They were indistinguishable! Worse the BEEF was like LEATHER! Impossible to chew! So horrible literally threw almost $30 worth of food away. The hot sour soup was ok. We kept that rescued a little rice but after trying to eat the inedible beef dishes lost all appetite. This is an updated review, months ago We had chicken chop suey which while light on the chicken seemed good. But the meal tonight was beyond bad. No trying out this place again. It was that bad.

Order here multiple times a week we live above them, so it's become a go to. Always great and piping hot. Great pricing and such a vast selection of options!
