Avaliação da contribuiçãoRooms are very very small. Everything else is great. If you go to the rooftop know if you have outdoor reservations and it rains you are stuck like chuck. You will not automatically get indoor seating even if you are mid meal. Otherwise great spot.
This hotel is atrocious. The rooms smell like sewage. The hotel is in a really old New York building. We, several of my colleagues and myself, stayed there. Everyone complained that a sewage smell was present in the room. We heard the same from other guests, who reported the smell. At night, the bathroom piping made loud bangs every 15-20 min. Impossible to sleep. The rooms are very small. The furniture is beat up. The carpets are dirty. Worst experience in New York ever. A disgrace for Hyatt. I will complain.
I’m surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in with no working fridge, lights that buzz when turned on, random flashing light in bathroom, stained headboard, and blinds that look like they were purchased at the dollar store. Very poor sound proofing on windows. Very glad we only stayed 1 night. Not worth the price at all! Won’t be staying here again.
Balding old man bartending last night 9/8 thinks people don’t know prices. Asked for a well vodka soda gave us grey goose for $50. Went to the nice girl who was bartending with him asked for the same thing it was $30 all night after that. Don’t go to him if you’re there don’t tip him. He’s ripping people off.
Great location and pretty good for the price. Walking distance to time square and Central Park.Room was very very small and bed was uncomfortable. The mattress did not fit on the box spring and was super lumpy. Also the shower didn’t drain.
