Pret A Manger - New York

I have been going to Pret for 2.5years and normally really like it but found a piece of cardboard in my soup recently so I don’t think I can go back any time so...

Thought staff could have better customer service. Manager staff could use better training on hospitality. Food was fine and tasted as good as other locations.

ignore the opening times, sometimes they just feel as if they are in good past the opening times on their hands that do nothing.

put an order on grubhub, did not receive a call about my order, but got an email saying that they did not 1 of my articles. I went to check the menu on the grub...
