The nachos were delicious, although they could have used more cheese. Overall, the topping to chip ratio was good and they were surprisingly not messy. The Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Lo Mein had a strong soy sauce flavor, but when mixed with the sweet and sour sauce from the cauliflower, the flavor was perfect.

I really enjoyed the Loaded Nachos. The chip to topping ratio was just right, and even eating them with my hands wasn't too messy. I could have used a little more cheese, but that might have made it too messy. The Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Lo Mein was a bit salty, but when I mixed it with the sweet and sour sauce from the cauliflower, the flavors really came together. It would have been nice to have smaller pieces of cauliflower, but overall I still loved it.

I absolutely loved the Fried Cauliflower at this restaurant. It tastes even better than chicken! My favorite part was the crunchy bone - I wish they would make it its own menu item. The batter on the cauliflower was also a standout, tasting just like Popeyes. It really reminded me of eating Popeyes chicken. Overall, I give it a 10/10. Perfect for satisfying munchies cravings.
