I have celiac and they offered me the gluten free menu. The food was amazing. They have so many gluten free options. I will be coming back to this place for sure!

Loved the shrimp pad Thai and hot and sour soup today. Very impressed that even though they are undergoing renovations, the kitchen is still operational and the food tastes the same as always! I ordered online and the food was ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service as usual. The gold standard of Asian cooking! I hope this place does not close because I saw a sign that says Friedman's is taking over the space. Please, do no close! I will continue to takeout from here.

I love this place!! It’s a simple and comfortable spot with good food. The Chinese food options are great and they even have one or two Thai options. They also have a Sushi bar with a nice selection of Sushi options. I’ve been there many times and everything I’ve had was all good. I’ve also gone with friends who also like this spot and have wanted to go back again. The staff are all nice and friendly and it’s never crowded there which I love. Really nice spot to eat if you’re in the Battery Park area.

Ever put ketchup on Chinese food to make it taste better? I guess there's a first time for everything.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in New York City! Their food is out of this world! The sushi is really delicious and fresh and their lo mein is the best I've found in NYC! The staff is kind, patient, and very quick. The portions are large and prices are fair. I highly recommend Wei West next time you have a craving for Asian food!
