Mcdonald's - Newalla

Update made a mistake and went back. They will never get your order right. They will NEVER answer their phones. Food is too expensive to buy and not be able to get it. I won’t stop eating McDonald’s just I would avoid this location. Horrible. Year after year. I wish I could make this a no star. Repeated horrible experiences. It’s my local store and they can’t ever get anything right. Speaking slow doesn’t help. If you have kids don’t go to this one. Will only end up having to get back into line for correction. I always say it’s McDonald’s what do I expect. But at least have some sense of customer service. They aren’t busy because of people wanting it. They are just busy correcting orders and not listening manager endorses the practice of her employees. It’s your money no matter what the bargain. It’s your time. I would recommend another store. Even if you are running later. This store was amazing. Now this is absolutely appalling how bad it is.

Usually it's fine, but the last time I was there the food was cold. I think there was a different crew on.
