Despite it being a busy Valentine's evening, the excellent staff were able to find us a table after a 40-minute wait. The food and service at Blue Grill were up to their usual high standards, so we would definitely consider booking with them again. However, we may avoid using OpenTable in the future.
Lovely food, wonderful service. Will definitely go again. Shame Opentable hadn’t notified the restaurant of our booking, but they were amazing and accommodated us.
The restaurant was great, they even sorted us a table because open table didn’t inform them I had made a reservation. Will definitely be returning to the blue grill, the steak is amazing! Thanks
I have dined at the Blue Grill three times now, and the service and atmosphere are always impeccable. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that the menu had changed six weeks ago and had not been updated on the Opentable website. This meant that the dishes my partner and I had chosen before our visit were no longer available. Nonetheless, it is still a lovely choice for anniversaries and special birthdays.
Splendid visit in every aspect. We arrived early for our reservation and were directed to the library where we were served drinks. The menu was à la carte but we were informed this is due to change in the next month or so. We had complementary canapés and warmed bread rolls whilst waiting for the first course and mini sweets to accompany the coffee at the end of the meal. Wonderful ambience, attentive staff, terrific comfortable venue, delicious food.
