Burger King - Newaygo

Staff was pleasant (even on a morning during holiday) , and they made sure we were compensated for our extended wait time with an appropriate 2 cookies. Food came out as ordered , but poorly wrapped and a little sloppy.

Great food, fresh and made perfect. Carl went above beyond to make sure we were happy after having to wait for the broilers. Hopefully they keep him here cause his hospitality was on point. Great experience.

We like the Woppers, this visit was so Sad. Sad because it must be just Awful for the assume Manger, poor thing took our order a drive up and took cash at wondow.. Some would say she was darn right Rude. But maybe she needs a break of dealing with her position and that's up to Burger King. The French fries were perfectly made, Woppers were hot. Except my bun was a bit stale hard as Burger King just leaves out bun stock in back of house open air until thier used,,,all Burger kings do this as common practice. We eat lunch earlier than most so by lunch time buns are not so stalish under the tops ones...this doesn't hurt you. And honestly despite this it was a great deal and enjoyable food, nice parking with Burger King going out of thier way for you to have no place to throw your trash when finished. Yes ma'am and Thank you is all we can do to help support you at you doing a job you hate. We really did think the food was good enough today and did enjoy sitting in the parking lot. We're sorry you had a bad day, week but some how you did it, gave us a nice hot meal. Sincerely appreciate you working your hind end off yesterday 4-7-2022.

Very friendly, great customer service and as busy as they were for the beginning of Memorial Day weekend we went through pretty fast and the food was hot.

The people who work there are the best bunch of people I've ever had the joy of interacting with. Facilities are detailed on a DAILY basis and the staff's attention to sanitation and quality wrinkle my brain. Led by the tenacious Amber, her crew radiates with positivity and a strong desire to please the customer. Some of the most painful and rewarding experiences in my life have happened in this resturant and I would not change one thing. Special shout-out to the humble and kind Cheyenne. You are appreciated by many and are worth more than you could ever know. Love Newaygo BK. My Crew Is Dope!
