Avaliação da contribuiçãoPlaced a mobile order at 9:30 in the morning to be picked up at 12:00 p.m. (put in the time a little earlier than needed to give them a few minutes since it was a larger order) Arrived at 12:20 and they claimed to have just started it due to an influx of mobile orders. I worked in restaurants so I understand kitchens can get backed up, but they should be doing the order that arrived first. We did not have time to wait which is why I placed the order so had to leave. Very frustrated as this isn 't the first problem I 've had with this Taco Bell and I doubt it will be the last.
The current staff has been very nice and accommodating. The food has also been better, until tonight I was eating my burrito and bit into a piece of plastic. Not cool Taco Bell.....
Took 20 mins for us to be able to order. We were advised it would be another 20-30 before we got food so we left. Says Dine in, come on in! But dine in is not available. This is not a staff problem, it 's a management problem. They need to provide staff with more help
I love Taco Bell but the one in newberry is not one I would recommend visiting, I have been multiple times and almost every time I'm here I wait for 20 minutes in their line and get my food and it's cold, also I have asked for lots of sauce with a fairly big order and receive only 3-5 sauce packets
We went to get the make your own cravings box witch was an ad on tv we go thru drive thru to order and they said its only available thru mobile app so we told them then we will go somewhere else we ended going to mcdonald and spent more money well i guess they at taco bell dont want to work or get paid
