Ribs N More - Newcastle

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We waited for an hour to receive our food. Everything was cold, and the baked potato was undercooked. The new owners were terrible - they didn't even come out of the kitchen to apologize for the long wait and the cold food. I do not recommend this place, it was a horrible experience.

The food took a while to arrive. The homemade potato chips were disappointing, as half of them were not crunchy. The smoked chicken was extremely dry, and I could only eat it with the BBQ sauce. I am aware that the restaurant is under new management and they may still be ironing out some issues. However, if the food quality does not improve, I don't think they will last in business for long. The silver lining was that Jennifer provided excellent service.

The Mama Cass hamburger is amazing! And macaroni and cheese is ridiculous it's good and I don't even like macaroni and cheese. Smoked beans are the best I've ever had!

We enjoyed our dinner. Our sandwiches had generous portions of meat, and the sides were definitely made in house. My son thought the macaroni and cheese was the best he had ever eaten. Still some kinks to work out, but overall it is much improved!
