Sea bass of menu at 7pm Good Friday Fish and Chip alternative was very poor, fish passable but chips were almost inedible. Staff were professional and when we explained we were not paying the service charge owing to the quality of the meal and it was not a reflection on them, they said we need not apologise.

Great deal when you order wine and pizza pasta for 2.

Booked for my partners birthday. Selected the main menu on booking rather than the set menu to be told that actually they were only operating the valentines menu despite those eating in the bar being able to order from the main menu. Starters from main menu were great quality but set menu was of a shocking standard. My partner ordered the steak which was overcooked and unseasoned and the onion rings were swimming in grease. By the time we even got staff attention or anyone checked on us to see how the food was it was almost 30 minutes later and we had no appetite to wait for another meal to be cooked again. They clearly cannot handle a set menu looking at last years reviews also so I don’t know why there’s an insistence to do so. Servers not attentive, not present, all standing around the till and not watching tables. It’s a shame as we had heard good things but very disappointing that it was a polar opposite.

The food and service was amazing people need to know more about this place it's criminal how empty this was on a Friday I'll be bringing my work night out here from now on

We had the 2 for 1 Pasta/Pizza option. While the meal was pleasant and edible, the Carbonara lacked a creamy sauce making it feel a bit dry. We chose Tiramsu for desert it was full of cream and lacked the normal Tiramsu taste. Sorry, but you asked for our opinion.
