Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe've had dinner at Mamma Mia a few times over the years and have not had a bad experienceI've also attended twice with my book club.
Mama Mia has been around for a while and at this location for a couple years.
Dark and dingyGot the sense that this place should have closed a while ago.
Very disappointing, food tasted blah , used to be much better ,service is ok décor is nice variety is good but the food needs improvement ,and need o use fresh ingredients all the time even if it needs to dispose old seafood must do so not offer to customers and desert should be fresh not too old .if improves the taste might be a good choice in Newmarket to Dine
This restaurant is hiding in a strip mall on the south west corner of Davis Drive and Yonge Street and cannot be seen from the road. It is a gem. Three family members and I went there last night and were very pleasantly surprised. The entrance to the restaurant is a bar and not that attractive, but enter the restaurant and it is quite nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We started out sharing the rice balls (appetizer) which were so good we ordered another plate. There were lots of other appetizer choices which leaves a lot to look forward too. Three of us were craving pasta. We had an order of agnolotti in a rose sauce, penne in a vodka rose sauce, and spaghetti carbonara. They were all delicious and generous meals. The final dish was veal and spaghetti. It must have been good because the diner became very quiet and the plate was clean when our server removed it. All was accompanied by 2 baskets of good bread. And we each had a couple of glasses of house wine, both white and red. We shared the bill and the total for each of us with tax was $45.00.They have a great menu with lots of choices including pizza. I will be back. I think I will become a regular. Try it out, you'll like it.
