Excellent place for home cooked eating. meatloaf is wonderful. they have certain nights where a live band plays. a few high tables outside. only slightly bad note chocolate cake was dry a strange color see pic). a great place with fantastic food! go!

The food was amazing! My first time ever eating from here. The portions are great! You get a lot for your money for sure. I would highly recommend for an omelet and biscuits and Gravy. So good!

The service, chicken sandwich, and the Goetta were outstanding! Add this place to your must-go list. Newport, KY is an awesome town! Great throwback, loved it all

This is your old greasy spoon. I go here Sundays after a night out although that's not necessarily the best time to go because that's when you get the church crowd, so it's a little packed. I took some of my friends from the UK and Canada here and they really enjoyed the old school diner feel with endless coffee. Cheap. Reasonably quick. And friendly down to earth Southern style staff.

We started taking our once monthly Saturday morning get together breakfast group here. All of our food was great and the service was good. It is wonderful to find a place where the servers are attentive and our coffee mugs stay filled.
