My visit today to this particular atelier has rendered me speechless... After my exceptionally pleasant interaction with Adam and Simon I left Le Labo thinking these two gentlemen are the embodiment and essence of what Le Labo aims to achieve with its perfume. That is to say, they are of exceptionally high quality and understand what the concept of bespoke means innately. I could easily use today's experience as a case study in customer service excellence. I cannot thank both Adam and Simon enough for an outstanding experience leaving me absolutely convinced it's not only the fragrances which are a physical and sensational representation of the beauty nature has to offer for permeates far beyond and into everything within this humble atelier.
Santal I bought great kind attention. Almost closing the store we bought a Santal 33. We have several Le Labo perfumes. We love the experience. They are perfumes and aromas unlike anything known. I will always want to have them.
The scents were overwhelming when you walk in the door. No samples for sale. I had to buy full size shampoo conditioner for over $100+ and it smells different after you get home and clear all the other scents away. When I asked if they had ever used this shampoo they advised me that they use a different company's product. Seriously, I should have passed this store and tried the other company nearby.
I've been eyeing Le Labo for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger and treat myself to something nice. Since I'm a total perfume noob, I really relied on the staff and they were beyond helpful! Everyone really new their stuff and answered every question I had. We talked about all things ingredients, notes/undertones, longevity/wear, and even brand history and popularity! When I finally did narrow down my choices, they weren't at all pushy about me making a purchase (they even urged me to wear it and walk around for a while to be sure I liked it! . Huge thank you to Paul (I forgot the name of the other person who helped me out : !
