Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

My ecclesiastical group had an informal dinner last night in Sharky's in Newport Coast. It worked well. There were 10 of us. The service was very fast. The food was good. The atmosphere also worked great for our informal conversation. We had expected to sit outside, but the spacious restaurant had plenty of space for us, and the few other Dine-in customers who came. The largest part of the company was takeout, so our being there for a longer time did not inconveniences other customers. The staff made us welcome and comfortable.

We have our neighbors for delicious Power Bowls and Burrito and a Tostada. Everything was fresh and delicious!

The food is decent, but there is no real customer service or any kind of guest experience.

The NOTchos are just tortilla chips. Cmon. We had to add cheese to make them nachos!! I'm a local. You have to get out soon. My 9-year-old said she can't believe that Kraves is OOB and you're still there.

The Sharkys chicken salad is fantastic. The ingredients (Mandarin orange slices, almond slivers, lettuce cut just right into bite sizes, carrot slivers) and dressing are to die for. Salad available in half or full sizes.
