Dunkin' - Newtown

One of my goals to eat something. excellent location, clean and fantastic service. A must try!

I'd be lost if I didn't have my dunkin every morning.

I went early at 7:30 with the intention of getting freshly baked donuts. I watched the checkout that had gloves, used the register, turned around and without changing their gloves, put a dozen 1 day old donuts in a box for me. I took the box and left. I won't return.

One worker, Raymond, gave me the wrong egg on my sandwich. I asked about a sausage and Cheddar and he gave me a veggie protein and he said what you ordered so why I gave you. Then I heard him talk to his staff about it. Very unprofessional. Disappoint.

Need to be more organized. Not finishing orders getting orders wrong. Write names or numbers on orders
