Taco Bell - Nicholasville

Super nice employees, they have my order for the first time. The food was better than most Taco Bell restaurants. I didn't have to wait long. The restaurant was clean. James was very professional and friendly.

I give this restaurant 4 stars because the breakfast team definitely deserves a good rating. However, the lunch crew could use some improvement. While the breakfast team served everything hot, fresh, and with generous portions, the lunch crew unfortunately fell short, offering nacho fries that were ice-cold and tacos with barely any meat. I think I'll probably avoid coming around 3 PM again and stick to the mornings when the breakfast crew is on duty.

I can never seem to get my order right here, and when I point it out, the staff often respond with a defensive attitude. It’s frustrating that they don’t understand how challenging this situation can be.

The restaurant was clean and fairly quiet, but the checkout experience was lacking in friendliness. The staff member wasn't rude, but she seemed irritated by my order. Normally, I wouldn't think much of it, but considering it was a Friday and there weren't many customers, I found it puzzling. I hadn't ordered anything complicated—just a party taco box—so I wasn't sure why she appeared so upset.
