We reserved the cellar to celebrate an important event. Christophe was able to meet our expectations with professionalism, adaptability and creativity. We will keep a memorable memory of this moment. An exceptional experience. Cuisine is both technical and creative. The dishes are of great subtlety, the service impeccable. You have to linger on the flavors and aromas to fully appreciate the culinary mastery of the team in the kitchen. Discussions allow us to realize that nothing is due to chance. I was lucky on Saturday March 2 to be invited to dinner in the restaurant's cellar. Magnificent moment, a sumptuous food and wine pairing. The remarkable availability of Christophe who guided us throughout the dinner with his explanations both on the conception of the dishes and the characteristics of each wine tasted. Very nice table, we had a nice evening in this restaurant. The dishes were very good, we loved the accompaniment of dishes with beautiful wines. The boss is a passionate about cuisines with local products. Special mention for desserts! I recommend. Greetings from Switzerland.
