Higher quality means higher prices. Their whole concept is great and a better alternative to Starbucks. And this is coming from an American who used to live off Starbucks. :
Cool ambient, amazing music, excellent coffee, but service is absolutely disappointing. You have to be either good looking, or familiar with waiters in order to get seen and serviced. It is one thing when the place is crowded and with many customers; however, it is not always the case and not once I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to even order a cup of coffee. Truly disappointing.
I love this coffee chain, frequented it many times during my stay in Belgrade last year. I even came across one in Montenegro. The coffee is excellent, the atmosphere is always pleasant, staff were helpful and could speak English. Rated 4 stars however because €2.8 for a large cappuccino is too expensive in a country like Serbia.
We ordered eggs Benedict and green tea. The price was quite steep for this city, so we expected grandiose eggs Benedict. However, they were just fine, the bread wasn't the best probably not fresh and even a little bit burned. There wasn't enough sauce and the eggs weren't runny. Also, the place was too cold.
They had just one person working on the bars on floors two and three and the service was still quite fast. The bartender/barista/waiter spoke great English and was very kind and enthusiastic. I didn't like the ice moka but all the other types of coffee and beverages were great. There were some mistakes in our food order (we ordered two salmon bagels and two salmon Benedict and we got three salmon Benedict) but it was still delicious.
