We've been beaten up on Saturday outside the opening hours for good luck. First of all, they have thought today, then the open door seen and despite much stress and closed society, we have received outstanding goulash soup and pork fillet with cream ampignons on peasant bread. Then there was a little snack with the cook and the mood was saved.

On 13.07.2022 Hoffmann's Bistro did a whole job.With food and drinks, this year's Hoffest von th Beton in Steudnitz was a successful event.The food was excellent and the drum shower reminded me directly of my childhood.Very recommended is the cattle goulasch, which not only tastes excellent but also makes pleasure for more.From me there is an extra star for the friendliness and the relaxed atmosphere that was spread by Hoffmann. The assertion that I would fake reviews and you would rather rate me as a customer, I find underground-preallem as an operator of the local. 3 stars mean nothing bad, only no 100% satisfaction. This also does not mean that eating is of poor quality, but my assessment refers to the whole. Maybe here are some tips and suggestions: I would like to have a more varied breakfast offer, possible deviations of the basics, for example, with a changing breakfast dish such as goulash soup, pea soup, potato soup, breadboard or white sausages, in order to simply offer the customer something else. Otherwise you only come when you feel hunger on the basics. The decoration and decor could also be more inviting and the hard chairs could be provided with a cushion. However, there are also very positive: the sanitary facilities are top and the operation is as you wish.

Actually a great snack, but when do you learn that there is also fresh bread?! Shame... otherwise everything is okay.
