I will definitely not be returning to Bruster's. Their poor customer service, both at the business level and from the company’s management, is unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been lost as a long-time customer.
I mentioned that we were close to closing time because we needed to clean up. I arrived at 9:30, and their website states that they close at 10. When I asked, I was told that we needed to clean up, but if that's the case, they should have the place clean and still be open for business. It was my jubilee, and we came specifically to enjoy some ice cream.
The white girl with red-brown hair and green eyes really needs to find a job that doesn’t involve customer service. Her attitude was terrible, and she showed no enthusiasm. The creativity of the menu doesn’t match the prices. When I asked for sprinkles, she just put them to the side, which was disappointing. It’s unfortunate that I won’t be returning to this place, but they really need to improve their staff when it comes to interacting with customers. Better options are available elsewhere.
There's not much to say—it's Bruster's! The ice cream is fantastic, as always. It's consistently great and will continue to be.
