Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn my way home from Hamburg Airport, I drove this old Chinese restaurant at noon. I knew it from an earlier visit, knew that many local residents would eat lunch or order food to get. It was ten minutes to the official opening time when I came to the restaurant and was immediately greeted by the staff behind the vault. I was looking for a table near the windows. I had hardly taken any place when a waiter came to the table, the menu was enough for me and the tealight stood on the table was lit The restaurant team has been working there for a long time, the service staff all speak quite well to almost perfect German and partly without accent. Even today they were all very friendly and attentive and occasionally changed some words with obvious regular guests. Eating There is the usual program of a “German” Chinese at moderate prices, with a lunch table offering about twelve menus in the range between 7,50 and 10,00 € with a breakout of 12,30 €, most of which are at 7,80 €. There is also a soup (standard Beijing soup, but you can also order another or a spring roll. I chose the menu 2, “Bray beef according to Szechuan-Art, sharp” (8,30 € and also the soup, as a drink I ordered a Cola light (0,3l for 2,80 €). After a short time the waiter came with the ordered drink and a schnapps glass. He put the Cola on the table and asked if I wanted a plum wine. When I nodded, he put the schnapps glass on the table and then disappeared to Tresen. Then it took a while, then another waiter brought the soup in the usual Chinese peeling with porcelain spoon. In the usual, slightly thickened liquid there were the usual, extremely small chopped pieces of vegetables and chicken meat, some sliced salmon were scattered over it. The soup was hot and made her second name “Sauer-sharf Suppe” quite honor because it was both a little sour and a little sharp. The soup was consumed and the bowl was deleted, shortly afterwards the waiter who had received the order placed a hot dish on the table and a dish on it. In the second course he brought a metal bowl with rice and a plate with meat and meat mix. I filled rice and the mixture on the plate and started eating. The vegetables – carrots, onions, peppers, celery and bamboo sprouts – were naturally fresh and crispy with the exception of onions. As usual, the meat was not fried sharply with crust, therefore delicate and tasteful. Overall, a successful composition, which, in contrast to the announcement in the map and of course also the type described (Szechuan usually has hardly any noticeable sharpness. I looted the Sambal container, but that didn't really help. Ambience Solid ambience with lots of wood in medium brown tone, without the often usual red orgies or even wild carvings. The seat cushions of the chairs and benches in red, the backrests red-brown patterned. On the tables there was a cream-white tablecloth made of brocade cloth, on it diagonally a middle ceiling in the same way. There was a red middle blanket, also diagonal. A flowering in a glass vase, a tealight in the acrylic glass stand and a massage with the usual spices ended the arrangement. The glass panes on the partitions between the tables were decorated with etched motifs. Cleanliness The guest room was clean and well maintained, even plates, glasses and cutlery were perfectly clean. I didn't visit the toilet, so no statement is possible.
