China One Chinese - Norfolk

Ordered online at 5:07 pm and specified that I wanted my food by 5:45. I felt that was a sufficient amount of time for my basic order of house fried rice and fried wontons to be prepared. I realized after I ordered that I didn?t order from the Chinese restaurant I usually frequent. I was tempted to cancel my order altogether but didn?t want to be difficult or have my food wasted because of my mistake. I arrived at 6. I didn?t get my food until almost 6:25. They handed me my order and it was missing the wontons so I had to wait another 10 minutes for the wontons. So it took over an hour to get my food and for it to be completed. I will be sure to order from the correct restaurant next time and stay far away from here.

It was okay. Not yet fixed by car accident a few months ago and minimal customer service. The food was at best edible.

Food is always good. Good portions. Appropriately expensive. This week alone I ordered online twice and both times when I came to the restaurant, they hadn't even looked at the online orders. For the first time, I just told him he didn't bother me to wait. The second time that it happened I waited, but I would think they would try their customers who have been patient with them and with them for years by a discount of the food they ordered or something to this effect. You have a new online ordering system now and since I used this place, this is twice a week you think I place an order online to find that they did not even see it. I'm very disappointed. I think I need to find a new Chinese place.

I was very unhappy with this place. This was my first time to come here and will be my last. My food was disgusting, what a waste of money. The shrimp-ice food young engraving was Blande and the engraving was really thick and cloby, and the white rice over boiled. The fried rice I ordered was also extremely dirty, even after adding a decent amount of soy sauce. I really didn't care for the sweet and sour chicken, some pieces were extremely hard. I'll stay with Dragon City, very disappointed.

This is the BEST Chinese food in Norfolk! I have tried ALL the other Chinese restaurants in the area and they all pale in comparison. Fried dumplings, house special Lo Mein, and house special fried rice are gold standard dishes cooked to perfection. The only bummer is they are CLOSED on Mondays.
