Dunkin' - Norfolk

They needed 3 hours to get me a monster energy drink.

Standard Dunkin' right next to the train station in Norfolk.

I visited the Norfolk location on Saturday around 3:15 PM. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but I couldn't wait any longer and ended up leaving. I noticed at least three employees working, and it seemed like they prioritized the drive-thru customers over those at the counter. It just wasn't worth the wait for me.

There were three guys who helped me pick out my coffee. It was first time at dunkin, and I ended up loving the drink. Wonderful service, they were very friendly. I hope they are well.

Morning crew is great, come in after ordering 10 min in advance in the afternoon and they never have it ready. Today I got a 5.63 cold brew and he couldn't bother to fill it all the way. Afternoon crew needs a lot of work.
