Hardee's - Norfolk

We had a piece of the steel wool fragments. I'm guessing from the cleaning equipment or something.The object was stuck in our chicken tenders.Amanda, the Manager remade my grandchildrens food. She was very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking available in both sides of the store.

I paid 2.99 for fries and received a half container of fries.

Yesterday I went to Hardee’s and I went through the drive through and the woman thinks there only one person in the car. No there 2 in the car me my mom. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burger and she told us it going to be 10mins wait and it took 25mins and it was a long wait even 3 people were waiting for their food too. But after the food was delivered I look at it even the bread was green and it looks bad to eat it, even my mom doesn’t see it well and it not good to eat an old burger with green bread and the cheese burger didn’t taste well even I shouldn’t eat it. But I’m mom only took small bites even she didn’t want to eat it at all!!!I will never go back and instead I will go to McDonalds!!!

Very sweet staff. Very polite. And very quick with the food. Decent place to park and sit for a dine in. This is my regular place now!Parking: Lots of empty parking.

Employee looks me right in my face at the door and ignores me. If you guys are opening late at least just acknowledge the fact that I’m waiting and communicate. Incredibly unprofessional.
